The mobile app project focused on making insurance feel familiar, fast, and easy to understand. Knowing users might only open the app once or twice a year, we designed experiences to be clear, intuitive, and easy to re-learn. By aligning with familiar mobile patterns and simplifying how information is presented, we built features that feels effortless, even when insurance isn’t.
Tracking claims
This project is designed to empower users with intuitive interfaces and streamlined processes, enabling them to self-service efficiently. By offering clear user flows and accessible features, we aim to reduce reliance on phone support, thereby alleviating traffic for claims consultants and improving overall efficiency in handling inquiries.
Digital twin project
In this project, we integrate data from various sources, distilling it into user-friendly formats that empower users to update their source of truth with accuracy and confidence. By harmonising disparate data sources and presenting them in intuitive interfaces, we help users make better decisions, making sure their main data stays reliable.
This project revamped an existing workflow by incorporating insights from user interviews, aiming to elevate user experiences through a redesign and re-platforming effort. Using Figma, we updated dashboard and profile pages according to user feedback and existing processes, ensuring a seamless transition and improved usability.
